By accessing or using Builder, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Builder provides AI-assisted software generation, browser-based preview, project storage, and optional integrations (e.g. GitHub, Vercel, Supabase). Features and limits may change; usage is subject to your plan and credit allowance.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws.

You may not use Builder to generate malware, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Credits reset each billing cycle. Refunds are handled according to Stripe and our support policy at the time of purchase.

Generated code is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying output. We do not guarantee error-free or production-ready results without your review.
